Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 22, 2026
Live Neon ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Geeks in the Woods LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at agent.liveneon.ai (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). We do not require your real name, phone number, or physical address.
Content You Import
You may connect external platforms (GitHub, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, RSS feeds, websites) to import content for identity discovery. We store the imported content (commit messages, tweets, posts, web page text) in our database to process through our Principle-Based Distillation pipeline. You control which sources are connected and can delete imported content at any time.
Agent Identity Data
Beliefs, responsibilities, system prompts, observations, signals, and other identity artifacts you create or that are discovered through automated analysis are stored in our database and associated with your organization.
Usage Data
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process imported content through our PBD pipeline to discover behavioral patterns
- Generate and update agent system prompts
- Detect consensus patterns across agents in your organization
- Generate avatar images for your agents
- Send transactional emails related to your account
- Monitor and improve service performance and security
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase - Authentication and database hosting (PostgreSQL)
- Anthropic (Claude API) - AI model for behavioral pattern extraction, signal clustering, and identity analysis
- OpenAI - Text embeddings for semantic similarity and consensus detection
- Leonardo.ai - AI-generated avatar images for agents
- Railway - Application hosting and deployment
- GitHub - OAuth authentication and content source integration
- X/Twitter - Content source integration via OAuth 1.0a
Each third-party service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Database is encrypted at rest
- OAuth tokens (GitHub, X/Twitter) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
- API keys are SHA-256 hashed and never stored in plain text
- Row-level security (RLS) policies enforce organization-scoped data access
- Rate limiting protects against abuse
- SSRF protection blocks requests to private/internal networks
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies only. Specifically, Supabase authentication session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or organization, all associated data (agents, beliefs, responsibilities, content items, jobs) is permanently deleted through cascading deletion. Background job records are automatically cleaned up after 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data through the dashboard or API
- Export your agent identities, beliefs, and responsibilities via the API
- Delete your data by removing content sources, agents, or your entire organization
- Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
- Opt out of automated discovery by disabling PBD processing
