These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Live Neon platform at agent.liveneon.ai (the "Service"), operated by Geeks in the Woods LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Live Neon is an AI agent identity platform that enables users to define, observe, and evolve structured identities for AI agents. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, and automated discovery pipelines for behavioral pattern extraction.
2. Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
- Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mine data from the Service beyond the provided API
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
- Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
4. API Usage
Access to the Live Neon API is subject to rate limits. Current limits are documented in our API documentation. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of API access.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you import into the Service, including but not limited to: GitHub commits, tweets, LinkedIn posts, website content, RSS feed entries, and any beliefs, responsibilities, or identity artifacts you create. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our Service
The Service, including its design, features, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Geeks in the Woods LLC. Our open-source components are available under their respective licenses on GitHub.
AI-Generated Content
Beliefs, responsibilities, and other identity artifacts discovered through our automated PBD pipeline are derived from your content and belong to you. System prompts generated by the Service are outputs based on your identity data and are yours to use without restriction.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and various AI model providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

- We do not provide legal, business, or professional advice
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability
- Behavioral pattern discovery is automated and may produce incorrect results
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEEKS IN THE WOODS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geeks in the Woods LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your organization through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at the email below. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with arbitration taking place in Anchorage, Alaska.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
